Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from A Belle Boutique! If not, you may return your merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items returned must be unwashed, unworn, and free from any damages (makeup, smoke, etc.).
  • All accessories and jewelry are FINAL sale and are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges.
  • Items marked on SALE/CLEARANCE are FINAL sale.

Make sure to send the invoice or a copy of the invoice back with your item you are returning.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at abelleboutique@gmail.com or (336)224-2224 immediately. A Belle Boutique will NOT be responsible for any shipping charges on a return package. This must be covered by the buyer and we highly suggest that you purchase a tracking code to ensure the return package makes it back to us safely!

Exchanges: If you would like a different size or style, we suggest purchasing the items you would like and requesting a full refund for your returned merchandise. A flat rate shipping charge of $7.00 will apply to any exchanges.

Refunds: Once we receive and approve the return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method associated with the order. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to show up on your bank account/credit card, once we issue you the refund. Shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

 

All returns are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
